MOSCOW, September 11. /TASS/. Tagansky court of Moscow on Monday took into custody to 9 November, the General Director of the subsidiary “RN-Sakhalinmorneftegaz” Andrew Bardin in the case of commercial bribery in 1 million roubles, the correspondent of TASS.
“To satisfy the petition of the investigation, to elect against Bardina measure of restraint in the form of detention until 9 November,” announced the decision of the judge.
Bardin the court rejected the accusations and said the slander of the main witness on business — your business partner.
