TVER, September 10. /Offset. TASS Andrey Gryaznov/. The organizers of the election of deputies of the Tver city Duma this year, combined them with the experiment – at the polling stations of the Moscow district of the city the traditional boxes for bulletins replaced by experienced batch of 50 electronic complexes of processing of ballots (COHIBA) of the new sample, which in the case of successful tests will be used in all regions of the country.

COHIBA is a translucent box for ballots, the top of which instead of the usual slit for inserting sheets, an electronic device that resembles a Fax machine with a tray to feed paper. The device has a touch display which displays the number of accepted ballots, the current date and time.
