In the single voting day, September 10, across the country will host more than 5.8 thousand elections and referendums at different levels. They will not only be carried out in three regions: Ingushetia, Magadan oblast and Saint-Petersburg.
According to the report of the Expert Institute of social studies (AISI) “Single voting day. Preliminary approaches to qualitative analysis”, the turnout is expected to be within the “regional standards”.
