XIAMEN /China/, September 4. /TASS/. USA turn the situation inside out, presenting their actions against the Russian diplomatic mission a response to the actions of Russia. This was stated on Monday by Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov.
“Now with the hand is flipped inside out, the phrase that Russia went on the expulsion of hundreds of diplomats, although we do not expel, we are told that Americans have to decide how much and where they will leave your staff,” he said.
