Died the Pulitzer prize-winning poet John Ashbury
MOSCOW, 4 September — RIA Novosti. Pulitzer prize-winning American poet John Ashbury died in the US at 91-year life, reports the associated Press.
Ashbury became a Pulitzer prize for his collection “self-Portrait in a convex mirror” (Self-Portrait in a Convex Mirror), which he made in 1975.
In addition, during the meeting he was awarded other prestigious U.S. awards for literature — the National book award, and award of the National circle of book critics.
