MOSCOW, September 3. /TASS/. The continuation of the DPRK’s actions that undermined the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons is fraught with serious consequences for Pyongyang, against this background, the only solution is to return all parties to the negotiating table on security issues on the Korean Peninsula. This is stated in the statement of the Russian foreign Ministry in connection with the message, the DPRK test “nuclear explosive device”.
