MOSCOW, September 1. /TASS/. The problem of the DPRK’s nuclear program can be resolved only through dialogue without preconditions, threats and pressure – a path to nowhere. This was stated by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin in the article “BRICS – towards new horizons of strategic partnership,” published in the leading mass media of the countries of this organization before the summit, which will take place on 3-5 September in China.
