The President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte in an interview with RT told about his meeting with the Russian leader Vladimir Putin held on the sidelines of the APEC summit in Peru.
“On the last day we saw each other c Putin, and he shook my hand. He smiled and said, “we are Waiting for you in Russia!” — said Duterte.
Then the leader of the Philippines said he would come, but “not now” because they do not tolerate cold.
Earlier Duterte said that was so anxious to meet with Putin.
