MOSCOW, November 29. /TASS/. Recreated in Chelyabinsk region guards Vitebsk-Novgorod division will begin training within the prescribed period – 1 December. This was announced by Russian defense Minister army General Sergei Shoigu at the Board meeting of the military Department.
