Poroshenko called Russia a threat worse than Chernobyl

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, speaking at the event on the installation of a new sarcophagus at Chernobyl, said that Russia is his country is a more terrible threat than the disaster that occurred at the station in 1986.

“Everyone knows how hard it is Ukraine. No one could imagine that the Chernobyl test is not the worst and not the worst that have to go through Ukraine,” he said.

According to Poroshenko, Ukraine is building the sarcophagus at Chernobyl in “the war” when the country is “protected from the Russian aggression,” making it “with the solidarity of all countries of the world.”

“I wish peace to our allies and Ukraine, to hold fast to this unity, because it allows you to build a fantastic European country – Ukraine”, – said Poroshenko.
