“Ntpharma” and the mayor of Pereslavl-Zalessky was suspected of embezzling 1 billion rubles RUSNANO
Moscow. 16 Nov. INTERFAX.RU — Investigative actions, carried out Wednesday in the Central office “Rosnano”, are connected with criminal case about the embezzlement of 1 billion rubles brought against top managers of OOO “Ntpharma” Rustam Ataullakhanov and Jane Sultanova, as well as the mayor of Pereslavl-Zalessky Denis Koshurnikova, said the official representative of SKR Svetlana Petrenko.
“Today a criminal case against the founder and the General Director of “Ntpharma” Rustam Ataullakhanov and Jane Sultanova, and against the mayor of Pereslavl-Zalessky Denis Koshurnikova” she said on Wednesday “Interfax”.

Petrenko said that the blood coagulation and sultans are suspected of embezzlement of entrusted property in especially large size (part 4 of article 160 of the criminal code), and Koshurnikov — in excess of powers of office with causing of heavy consequences (part 3 of article 286 of the criminal code).
“Since 2010, JSC “RUSNANO” invested in the LLC “Ntpharma” more than 1 billion rubles for construction on the territory of Pereslavsky district of Yaroslavl region pharmaceutical production of vaccines and therapeutic biologics. The specified plant managers of the project company have undertaken to build and launch by September 2012, however this deadline has been repeatedly postponed,” — said Petrenko.
According to her, the investigation in cooperation with Guebipk of the MIA and the SBU, the FSB has established that work on this project for many years not carried out, the money received LLC “Ntpharma” from “Rosnano” wasted and the plant is still not built.
