In Ivanovo has opened a case of causing death by negligence (part 2 of article 109 of the criminal code) after the death of a child in the hospital, according to the website of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
Found that 8-year-old boy was admitted to the institution with fractures of the arm bones on June 22. He had surgery with anesthesia. “The same day the child developed coma. 12 Aug 2016 stated the boy’s death”, — stated in the text.
Investigators appointed a number of examinations, interrogations of workers.
Earlier, on 15 June, it was reported about the death of a girl born in 2012 in Yekaterinburg. The child is a year and a half was in a coma after dental treatment under General anesthesia. In the spring of 2016 the investigators filed a case of “causing grievous bodily harm by negligence, committed due to improper execution of their professional duties” (part 2 article 118 of the criminal code).
