The head of staff appointed NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov. The structure included the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko, the head of the General staff Victor Muzhenko, representatives of the security service and intelligence, as well as the people’s Deputy Sergey Pashinsky.

It is planned that in case of military confrontation, the headquarters will be responsible for the dispersal of the protests and the imposition of martial law in the Ukrainian capital.

The first meeting of the headquarters took place on Sunday, November 13. It went on Bankova street. The publication reports that several decisions were made. In particular, the police were ordered not to let in Kiev transport with the protesters. Authorities and law enforcement officers of the city in any way must stop be installed on the Maidan, equipment and tents. The town hall needs to seek a court ban on mass actions in the center of the Ukrainian capital.

Will not do without the so-called “titushek”. The people’s Deputy of the party “BPP” and “popular front” was proposed to collect troops from athletes and private security staff. If necessary, they will help to disperse the rallies.

Cover of these actions must be notorious “hand of the Kremlin” and “Russian trace”, the newspaper writes. The security service and the intelligence requested to disclose information that the protests were organized by Moscow.

If these measures do not help, then at the right time you should turn off the TV and block Internet sites. In large-scale stock in the case entered the National guard, armed forces and special forces of the SBU. Security forces dispersed the protesters and not allow them to block the administrative buildings.
