A wax figure of the tramp will appear at London’s Madame Tussauds
LONDON, November 11. /TASS/. The figure of the elected American President Donald trump will appear in the wax Museum Madame Tussauds in London. On it informs Agency Reuters.
Even before the elections in the US, the Museum had made clay figures of the Republican trump and his rival, Hillary Clinton. When it became known about a victory of Donald trump, the Museum began the creation of his wax double, which will be ready by 20 January — the day of the official inauguration of the Republican President.
On his page on the social network Facebook, the Museum has published a photo of the head of the future wax figures of trump. The picture shows that the master has already started working on the hair of an American President.
The London wax Museum Madame Tussauds has a nearly 200-year history and enjoys great popularity among tourists from all over the world. Its collection includes exhibits such historical figures as Shakespeare, Charlie Chaplin. Also there you can find wax figures of prominent contemporary figures.

The Museum was opened in 1835 in London on Baker street, and in 1884 moved to Marylebone road where it is today. The founder of the Museum Marie Tussaud — before moving to Britain he studied the art of making wax figures in France. The exposition of the Museum includes figures of famous people — politicians, artists, religious leaders. Its branches are opened in 19 cities around the world.
To manufacture a wax doll takes more than 800 hours of meticulous work of specialists.
Every year they create only 20 new wax. Before making a detailed study of more than 250 made detailed measurements of the copy, collected hundreds of photos in different angles.
Before casting of the figures used specially purified beeswax, which is suitable for dyeing. Today for greater credibility applies a special plastic that simulates the nails and eyes and faux leather. And finally, to recreate the spirit of an era that belongs to wax sculpture, widely used costumes of the time, props, and even sound effects.
