MOSCOW, 9 November. /TASS/. The official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said the words of the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, who called the opening in Moscow of a monument to Saint Prince Vladimir “hybrid attempt of appropriation of history.”
