At competitions on Boxing in Vladimir killed 15-year-old student
Moscow. 7 Nov. INTERFAX.RU — criminal case upon death of the competition in the city of Vladimir 15-year-old schoolboy, reports the investigative Committee of the Russian Federation across Vladimir region.
The case was filed “on signs of the crime provided by h. 2 art. 109 of the criminal code (causing death by negligence due to improper performance of their duties),” reads the message on the website SU IC of Russia in the region.
A minor resident of the city, Vladimir studied at the state budget institution of additional education “Specialized children and youth sports school of Olympic reserve (SDUSHOR) in Boxing”. 3 Nov among other pupils of the school the boy was allowed to compete. After two days of competition, after victories won by 5 November 2016 he also participated in a duel, during which after the missed punches to the head and the second knockdown, the referee stopped the fight, the report says.
“The boy felt bad, he started having seizures, the doctors on duty at the competition, tried to give him first aid. Arrived at the place of specialists “Ambulance” took steps to resuscitation of a teenager, but a positive result they did not bring minors died in seamobile”, — stated in the message of the regional SU RF IC.
The investigation established that the health status of juveniles require special attention in connection with the transferred them a few years ago a serious head injury.
