In Moscow was held the protest action near the building of the British Embassy. As Interfax reports, the organizers estimated the number of participants to 1000 people.

The participants condemned the policy of Western countries, particularly Britain, in Syria and in support of Russia’s actions.

“We are already in front of the British Embassy. Because it was there, in England, was a threat to the Russian diplomats. We have gathered today, despite the rain, to say: “Hands off Russia, from the Russian diplomats, hands off Syria,” — said RIA Novosti President of the Union of Syrian students in Russia and the CIS countries, Ramadan, Moussa.

He added that the Embassy came in about 50 Syrian students.

A similar protest was held near the building of the British Embassy in Moscow on Friday evening, November 4th. It was attended by about 500 people. Before that, unknown persons pelted the residence of the British Ambassador in the Russian capital LP, drenched in red paint.

Yesterday, 3 November, British activists staged a demonstration outside the Russian Embassy in London. Near the gate of the Embassy was built the pyramid from the hands of the mannequins, and several protestors chained themselves to the fence.

Russian diplomats protested and appealed to the British foreign Ministry with a request to ensure the safety of employees in case of recurrence of the action.
