The government has established a list of 85 documents which cannot be required from the applicant

The government approved a list of the 85 types of documents and information that are available to the state authorities, which could require officials in the provision of public services to citizens and which are now banned from the claimants to demand.

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed the corresponding decree on 1 November 2016, November 7, it was published on the government website. The list of documents and information, which is issued by 25 Federal Executive bodies. Now the bodies providing public services will have to obtain these documents and information from other state bodies within the framework of interdepartmental interaction.

The Cabinet believes that the adoption of this list will unify the interdepartmental information interaction of Executive public authorities of regions and local self-government bodies with the Federal bodies of Executive power, “to speed up the provision of information on inter-Agency requests, to improve the quality of public and municipal services”.

The Federal Executive bodies responsible for regulation in the relevant sphere of activity, charged with identifying requirements for the provision of these documents and information.

The list includes, for example, information about the disqualification from driving of vehicles, data on traffic violations, information about the presence/absence of a conviction, the finding of the investigation, the facts of criminal prosecution or termination of criminal prosecution offered the interior Ministry.

Also within the scope of this Ministry includes information about the registration of a foreign citizen or the person without citizenship at the place of stay, to grant or extend the residence permit for a foreigner on temporary residence permit to an alien.

Also on the list is, for example, information from license to engage in the carriage of passengers or goods by air transport; data on issued licenses for educational activity; data on presence/absence of tax debts; information from the register and from the Unified state register of individual entrepreneurs; information on military service at the call, to transfer a soldier to another military unit; the certificate of death of the person, unreasonably repressed; data on the amount of pension received and other benefits considered when calculating the total income of the family (a citizen living alone); information about the total duration of the service issued by the FSB of Russia with respect to current or dismissed employees; the act on completed liquidation (conservation) works, signed by a body of state mining supervision.
