The defense Ministry has described as the next stuffing information report of Human Rights Watch, which implies that the alleged October 26, the bombing of a school in the Syrian al-Khas can be qualified as “war crime”. This was reported by the official representative of the Ministry of defense of Russia major-General Igor Konashenkov.
