MOSCOW, November 7. /TASS/. Vice-Premier of the Russian Federation, special presidential envoy for Transnistria Dmitry Rogozin has expressed bewilderment in connection with the fact that Kiev and Chisinau forgot to consult with Moscow and Tiraspol to withdraw peacekeepers from Transnistria.
