Exercises “Slavic brotherhood” in 2017 will be held in Belarus

BELGRADE, 7 Nov. /TASS/. The international exercises of the Russian, Belarusian and Serbian paratroopers “Slavic brotherhood” in 2017 will be held in Belarus. This was reported to journalists by the Deputy chief of staff of the Belarusian special operations Forces Colonel Oleg Pechora.

International tactical exercises “Slavic brotherhood 2016” pass 2 through November 15, near Belgrade, involving units of the armed forces of Russia, Belarus and Serbia. In the maneuvers, whose management is completely entrusted to the Ministry of defense of Serbia, involved around 200 Russian troops.

“It is very important the experience of this joint training, because next year we will carry out the same exercises in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. We hope that these teachings will become a tradition for us,” said Pechora.

For the first time the maneuvers “Slavic brotherhood” was held last year on the ground Rayevsky near Novorossiysk on the base of the mountain airborne compounds.
