MOSCOW, November 6. /TASS/. Russia and the United States have different ideas about humanitarian aid for the residents of Aleppo, Syria: the Russian side is to deliver food and medicine to American convoy of trucks, which without examination are used only in the Eastern part of the city, said on Sunday the official representative of the Ministry of defense of Russia Igor Konashenkov.
