Moscow city hall has denied the statement of Amnesty International on repayment of debt

MOSCOW, November 3. /TASS/. Moscow authorities have denied the statement of the head of the Russian representative office of the human rights organization Amnesty International, Sergei Nikitin on full repayment of debt for the rent of the office in time: according to the Department of city property, the contract was terminated in 2015, after 3 months claims on non-payment of rent; arrears amounted to more than 460 thousand RUB TASS reported the press service of the Department of city property of Moscow.

“In 2014, in connection with significant violations of the conditions for the payment of rent to the organization was forwarded the complaint with a notification of the need to repay the debt within a month. The company has been advised that otherwise after three months the lease will be deemed terminated. This claim by the tenant have been ignored. The result is that the Department of the Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography in Moscow in 2015, an entry was made in the unified state register on termination of the contract”, – stated in the message.
