The Primorsky aquarium is preparing lawsuits on protection of honor and dignity after the publication in social networks, in which employees of the Oceanarium is accused in the death of animals, said in a message on the page of the aquarium in Facebook.
“Recently in the social networks of staff of the aquarium accuse of all conceivable sins. And without proof, without citing evidence, but giving the names. The aquarium is preparing lawsuits both from individuals and legal entities on protection of honor and dignity. Legal services of the aquarium believes is contained in social networks the arguments are invalid”, — stated in the message, which was confirmed in the institution.

Scientific-educational complex “Primorsky aquarium” on the island of Russian was opened in early September. The main building area of 35 thousand square meters accommodates 500 aquariums with 500 species of fish and mammals. In the Oceanarium you can see the inhabitants of the Russian waters of Japan, Okhotsk, Bering sea, lake Baikal, Amur river and Khanka lake, the cold polar oceans, warm tropical rivers and seas. The aquarium is in structure of the Russian Academy of Sciences and is intended primarily for research.
