Moscow. 7 Oct. INTERFAX.RU a high — ranking CIA officers said that the actions of North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN are rational and driven by a clear long-term objectives, which should ensure the survival of the political regime, told CNN.
The us Deputy Director of the CIA’s Korea Yong Suk Lee said that Kim is not going to Wake up one morning to blow up Los Angeles. In his view, the understanding of the rationality of action North Korea could help the us diplomats and legislators to protect the U.S., its allies, and to avoid devastating military conflict.
