TASS-FILE. October 3, 2017 the President of Russia Vladimir Putin accepted early resignation of the head of Dagestan Republic Ramazan Abdulatipov. Temporarily fulfilling duties of the head of region is appointed Vladimir Vasilyev, Deputy speaker of the state Duma of the Russian Federation, head of the parliamentary faction “United Russia”.
Ramazan Abdulatipov has headed the Republic since January 2013, a total of 1710 days (45-th place in the length of tenure among operating heads of subjects of the Russian Federation). Economic indicators
During the period of Ramazan Abdulatipov as the head of the Republic’s gross regional product (GRP) grew by 23.58% from 452 billion RUB 882 million in 2013 to 559 billion 673 million in 2015 (on data Rosstat; data for 2016, not published). On this indicator in 2013 ggodo Dagestan has occupied 33-e a place among subjects of the Russian Federation, in 2015 – 32-E.
