The statement of the first Vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, the Ukrainian representative in the contact group Irina Gerashchenko on a substantial increase over the past year the number of Russians in the Special monitoring mission (SMM) of the OSCE is not true. This was stated by the special representative of Russia in the contact group on settling the situation in Ukraine Azamat kulmuhametov.
