Sunday, October 1, entered into force the law, accelerating the removal of restrictions on travel abroad debtors. About it reports TASS.

After that, the information on the removal of restrictions will be immediately sent via a secure communication channel to the Border service of the FSB.
Was previously enshrined in law the obligation of the banks through which the debtor pays the fine or other debts, promptly reflect information about the payment arrears in the GIS GMP.
In addition, the enacted law also increased up to 30 thousand rubles, the minimum amount of debt in which the debtor may be applied to the restriction of travel. However, this does not apply to debts for alimony or damages, there the threshold remained the same in 10 thousand roubles.
This law was passed by the Parliament on 14 July and signed by the President on July 27. It is assumed that now the ban on travel abroad will be charged within 24 hours.
For today in Russia under a ban on travel there are about 1.6 million debtors. Every fourth of them – the debtor under the alimony.
