The U.S. Senate voted for the candidacy of Jon Huntsman for the post of U.S. Ambassador to Russia, said the official account of the Senate on Twitter.
“The Senate approved of Jon Huntsman Jr. of Utah as Ambassador in the Russian Federation”, — stated in the message.
