“For seven months of the year the male life expectancy increased by a year and made (not very much) to 67.5 years (66,5). This is a large increment,” said Skvortsova, the radio station “Vesti FM”.
Average life expectancy for women in Russia today is 77.4 years, she said.
“We cherish the fact that little by little we have reduced the gap between life expectancy for men and women, five years ago, he has more than 13 years, and now he first less than 10. The goal is to reduce it by increasing life expectancy”, concluded the Minister.
