The Soviet district court of Tomsk acknowledged two employees of traffic police guilty of the illegal sale of drugs and sentenced them each to 12 years in a strict regime colony. On Wednesday, September 27, reports “Interfax” with reference to press-service of management of FSB in the region.
“The convicts in order to improve statistical indicators, organized a scheme of illegal sale of drugs via the figurehead, and further “opened” artificial crime”, — is spoken in the message.
The court also forbade the police to take up posts in law enforcement bodies of Russia for five years and deprived them of their titles.

Illegal actions employees of transport Management of the MIA of Russia in the Siberian Federal district was identified in September 2015. Against them has opened a case under part 1 of article 286 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Excess of powers of office”) and part 4 of article 33, part 1 of article 228.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Complicity in the illegal production, sale or shipment of narcotic drugs”).
