The President of the European Jewish Congress Moshe Kantor expressed the hope that representatives of the far-right “Alternative for Germany” (ADH), scored 12.6% of the vote in elections to the Bundestag, do not get seats in the ruling coalition. “Some positions, in support of which the party made during the campaign, demonstrated a disturbing level of intolerance not seen in Germany for many decades and a major concern of German and European Jews,” said Cantor.
