In the Rostov region law enforcement officers check the information about the threats of the collectors blow up a kindergarten in the city of Shakhty. About it RIA Novosti was informed in the regional cupola MIA.
The Department of education said that they had no information about threats. “Kindergartens in the city Mines, including kindergarten №78, are operating normally. Throughout the past weeks no information that the kindergarten was closed due to some extraordinary circumstances have been reported,” — noted in the Department.
19 Sep portal kvu.su reported that the teacher of kindergarten No. 78 state entities took five thousand rubles, but do not pay on time the agreed amount. Then kindergarten began to receive threatening phone calls. According to the Director of the institution Tatiana Balykina, one of the callers said: “We will blow up, undermine, and you, and your garden and your children.”
“All this listening to my colleagues, a kindergarten for the ears — the phone does not stop even for a minute. I called the emergency call, the police came, wrote a statement”, — said the Director. According to her, 8,5 thousand rubles was owed by the teacher, gathered “all the world” and returned to the credit institution. Soon the calls stopped.
From 1 January in Russia came into force a law which, in particular, forbade collectors to threaten to use physical force or psychological pressure on the debtors.
