Lublin court of Moscow satisfied the claim of Fund of support of socially important state projects (“Cargospace”) to Alexei Navalny and he founded the Fund of struggle against corruption (FBK). On Tuesday, September 19, reports TASS.
The opposition was obliged to refute the information, discrediting, according to the plaintiff, its business reputation. As reports RIA Novosti that Navalny should also remove the assertion that the businessman Alisher Usmanov gave “Cargospace” plot with house for five billion rubles as a bribe to Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
“The Foundation is engaged in charitable activities, repeatedly transferred money to children’s hospitals, and published children’s books, and you had to carefully read our activity”, — asked the representative of sotsgosproyekt to the lawyers of FBK.
In turn, according to “Interfax”, Ivan Zhdanov, one of the representatives of the defendants, said that “the Internet has no references to any activities of the Foundation, in addition to receiving luxury real estate”.
The Fund of struggle against corruption was considered a frivolous lawsuit, objected to the plaintiff and declared the petition for a call in court of the Prime Minister, Usmanov and classmate of Medvedev — Chairman of the Supervisory Board of sotsgosproyekt Ilya Yeliseyev. The court refused.

In may, the Lublin regional court upheld the claim Navalny and Usmanov to the FCO. They were also ordered to deny and to remove defamatory businessman information. As for videos with the investigation, the Moscow city court later ruled that the need to take them not completely, but only to cut some fragments.
