Year-old girl fell from a fourth floor window in the North-West of Stavropol, reported on the website of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee on Monday, September 18.
The police intend to assess the actions of the child’s parents.
The incident occurred on September 15. Child in serious condition was taken to hospital. According to preliminary data, at the time of incident the girl’s mother was home.
One of the first about the incident was told in the group “Vkontakte” “Atypical Stavropol”. In the comments of a post they noted that the child’s mother learned about the incident only after the apartment knocked by people who were near the girl.
“She was home alone, said that her husband was at work. Was under something. My friend’s husband as a witness was there. Says he found a convolution with an unknown substance,” wrote user Victoria Kovalenko.
Other witnesses said that the girl’s mother was in the heat of passion and did not realize what had happened.
