LONDON, September 16 — RIA Novosti, Natalia Kopylova. British police arrested 18-year-old suspect in connection with the attack in the London underground, according to Scotland Yard.
Law enforcement officers of Kent have arrested a suspect in the area of the port of Dover. “Detectives investigating the attack on Parsons Green, have made an arrest in connection with the investigation,” police said.
Now the young man is in the local police station, and later transfer him to office in the South London.
In the interests of the investigation the police did not disclose more detailed information about the detainees, noting that citizens must remain vigilant.
A search of the man who has arranged explosion continues, the police added, noting that scrutinize the evidence and viewing of surveillance cameras.
The explosion occurred at the station of Parsons Green in West London during morning rush hour on September 15. At the same time 29 people got not life-threatening wounds and burns. According to sources, an improvised explosive device did not work in full force.
