The Deputy of the state Duma Natalia Poklonskaya visited IK-6 UFSIN of Russia across the Orenburg region, which is unofficially called “Black Dolphin” because of the sculpture at the fountain located in the courtyard of the institution.
As reports a press-service FSIN, accompanied by the head of the Orenburg UFSIN of Russia across the Orenburg region Vladimir Andreev Poklonskaya visited the detention wing, where he got acquainted with the conditions of detention of prisoners serving life imprisonment, talked with the prisoners, and called for the exercise yards, medical section of the institution, the case for long-term and short-term visits, where he met with relatives of prisoners.
The chief of UFSIN of Russia across the Orenburg region Vladimir Andreev and head of IK-6 Sergey Baldin spoke about the history of the institution, the peculiarities of the organization of the regime, socio-psychological and educational work with convicts to life imprisonment, the organization of production and nomenclature of products. Poklonskaya discussed with the leadership of the FPS issues of further development of institutions and the penal system region.
After visiting sensitive sites MP held a reception prisoners on personal matters.
