In Saratov oblast court sentenced 36-year-old Kuban to four years of strict regime colony for rape (part 1 of article 131 of the criminal code) and unlawful entry into a dwelling (part 1 of article 139 of the criminal code). This was reported on the website of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) on Monday, September 11.
According to the investigation, on June 23, the defendant was released from prison where he sat for causing harm to the person, and drank alcohol in the company of friends in the yard of a house in the town of Pugachev.
This company also was 26-year-old victim. When she left home, the man, broke door lock, entered the young woman’s apartment and raped her.
28 June it was reported about initiation of criminal case against 33-year-old Muscovite, who was suspected of the murder of a friend on the first day after his release from prison. The woman, according to the CCJ, twice hit the victim with a knife in the chest because of a quarrel during a joint feast. In the colony she was serving a sentence for drug possession.
