MOSCOW, September 8. /TASS/. An appeal to the U.S. Supreme court in the case of the Russian departmentu will happen soon, as commissioned by President of Russia Vladimir Putin. This was stated on Friday by Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov.
