“S. Lavrov once again stressed there is no alternative of finding political and diplomatic ways to overcome the tensions on the Korean Peninsula and the need to refrain from any measures of a military nature, is fraught with unpredictable consequences”, — said the Agency.
Lavrov added that Moscow believes that further strengthening sanctions against Pyongyang counterproductive and dangerous. The conversation between Lavrov and Tillerson took place at the initiative of the United States.
