MOSCOW, November 5. /TASS/. Statements about possible cyber attacks on Russia emanating from the U.S., more like campaign rhetoric than a real threat. This opinion was expressed by adviser to the President of the Russian Federation on development of the Internet Herman Klimenko in an interview to Life, noting that theoretical threat from such attacks is still present.
