One of the defendants in the “case of Gaiser” gave evidence against the “Renova”
One of the defendants in the “case of Vyacheslav Gayzer”, the financier Damian Moskvin, testified against the CEO of “T Plus” Boris wainzinher and co-owner of group of companies “Renova” Yevhen Olkhovyk. On Wednesday, November 2, reports RIA Novosti.
Protocol of interrogation of the TFR Moskvina presented at the meeting of the Basmanny court of Moscow, which is considering the question of extending the arrest period Vainzikher and Olkhovyk. “His evidence was taken into account in a criminal case”, — said the investigator.
On 1 November it became known that Basmanny court of Moscow has asked the RCDS additional evidence of guilt wainzinher and Olkhovyk.
The judge explained that without these materials, cannot make a decision about prolongation of term of arrest. In this regard, the hearing was postponed to 2 November.
Lawyer Konstantin Rivkin protecting wainzinher, said that the business is charged with passing bribes, but the charges were not specified. According to Rivkin, the case file is not written, exactly who transferred the funds, and what was the exact amount of the bribe. The charges amount is not less than 88 million rubles.
According to investigators, former and current heads of the “T Plus” (up to 2015 the company called “KES holding” and belonged to “Renova”) has transferred 800 million roubles to the former leaders of Komi headed by Vyacheslav Gaizer for the establishment of favorable tariffs. Are Vainziher, olkhovyk (they arrested on 7 September) and the former head of “VimpelCom” Mikhail Slobodin (wanted). Slobodin was the head of “IES holding” in 2002-2010, then it was replaced olkhovyk, after which this position was held by Vainziher.
