RIGA, November 27. /Offset. TASS Maria Ivanova/. Embassy of Russia in Latvia has criticized the making of a Protodeacon of the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) Andrei Kuraev in the black list country. The inclusion of religious figures in the list of persona non grata is beyond comprehension, according to the Embassy.
