The official representative of state Department of the USA John Kirby. said that the placing of complexes “Iskander” and s-400 in the Kaliningrad region “destabilizie European security”.
“We understand that Russia has the right to place conventional nuclear forces on its territory. The placement of Iskander and s-400 in Kaliningrad destabilizie European security,” said Kirby at a press briefing.
Earlier, the Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on defense and security Viktor Ozerov said that in response to deployment of the American missile defense system in Europe, Moscow will have to strengthen the system of aerospace defense in the West, by placing in the Kaliningrad region of s-400 and Iskander.
