Kudrin doubts that the speaker had solicited a bribe
According to Kudrin, he can’t even imagine that the speaker could behave this way “with such a significant person with authority, as Sechin”.
MOSCOW, Nov 19 — RIA Novosti. Ex-Finance Minister of Russia, head of the Center for strategic research (CSR) Alexei Kudrin said that he could not imagine that a former Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev, in fact, could extort a bribe.
“We don’t know, so of course we need more information. My doubt is that all this could be associated with a difficult configuration in his talk on the territory of “Rosneft”, — Kudrin said in the program “Vesti on Saturday with Sergei Brilev” on TV channel “Russia 1”.
According to Kudrin, he can’t even imagine that the speaker could behave this way with “such a significant person with authority, as Sechin”.
“Questions still remain”, — said Kudrin.

Now the former Minister is under house arrest until January 15.
