Moscow. 17 Nov. INTERFAX.RU — Opposition activist Ildar Dading, who claimed that it used physical violence in the Karelian colony, had a fight with a fellow inmate, reports the FPS at the Karelia Republic on Thursday. The incident occurred on November 16.
“Around 7.00 in Moscow in the premises of one of the units of IK-7 UFSIN Rossii po Respublike Kareliya Davnym between the convict and his cellmate there was a conflict on household soil. In the result of a verbal altercation and a fight ensued,” the statement reads.

The Federal penitentiary service has allowed two members of the Council on human rights under the President of the Russian Federation, Igor Calepina and Paul Chikova, to visit the colony.

The Commissioner for human rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova proposed to transfer the Dading in another colony, “closer to family”. However, according to her, the decision to transfer the Dading on the part of the Federal penitentiary service is still pending.
In the Karelian Department of the TFR to “Interfax” reported that the verification statements, the Dading on the application to it of physical strength can last until the end of November.
