Dmitry Medvedev has commented on the detention of the Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev. The Prime Minister said that what happened is “beyond” his comprehension.
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, speaking Tuesday at a visiting session of the faction “United Russia” in the Expocentre, commented in his speech about the case of Alexei Ulyukayev.
