MOSCOW, November 14. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved and instructed to sign a draft Agreement with Armenia on the joint group of troops (forces) of the two countries in the Caucasian region of collective security. The corresponding presidential decree published Monday on the official portal of legal information.
