In Costa Rica trains collided, more than 20 people were injured
MOSCOW, 31 Dec — RIA Novosti. At least 21 people were injured in a collision of passenger trains in Costa Rica, reports the Agency EFE.
The accident occurred in the Canton of Santo Domingo in the province of Heredia in the night on Tuesday.
Two trains were about 400 passengers. It is reported that at least 20 people were injured, condition of one victim is estimated as heavy. Local authorities are currently investigating the cause of the incident.

Costa Rica passenger train moving on the same line, so they must coordinate their actions so that one of the trains temporarily left in the bypass area in order to avoid accidents.
In April 2016 there was a similar incident: in a collision of two trains in the capital, San Jose suffered 106 people, no one died.
