Appeared the first photos of the wreckage of the crashed near Spitsbergen, the Russian Mi-8

Scandinavian Agency NTB scanpix published a photo of the wreckage of a Russian Mi-8 helicopter that crashed near Spitsbergen.

On October 29 at the bottom of the sea near the archipelago was discovered the wreckage of the helicopter who were reported missing since October 26.

It is noted that the rescue operation is completed, now have to search dead bodies. Yet none of them discovered.

On Board were employees of the research Institute of the Arctic and Antarctic Oleg Golovanov, Nikolai Fadeev and Maxim Kaulio. The crew consisted of commander Eugene Baranov, the second pilot Vladimir Frolov, flight engineer Alexei Paulauskas, the technique of Marat Matarawa and engineer Alexei Korolev. None of them survived.
